Yes I had to cancel on client due to my father passing away. I referred her to another agent. I can’t help what transpired there. This client would ask me to squeeze in other houses the ONE day we met and I couldn’t do them all due to needing 24 hr notice. They were only approved for a certain loan. I tried explaining to them the different types and told them what questions to ask their bank. But they knew it all. They kept saying we know. We know. I did set them up on automatic emails with their criteria. Nothing that fits them is what I got back for feedback. Then I guess their perfect house wasn’t on market yet. It’s an automated system. The house I didn’t walk through with them was full of mold. They were a half hour late and I was starting to get nausea due to the smell so I stayed outside that ONE house. I was never doing 65! Never ever. I only had one day with them. I did not work with these people for a month
