Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2005 in NM 88030.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillslisted with her and she never showed my property because she didn't want to get off paved roads. Have heard from people who would have bought my property instead of the one they bought but she never showed mine to them.

Not sure just where this seller is getting her information about the paved roads. I have over 100 land listings and have to go on dirt roads all the time. I don't know why sellers think we don't want to sell their property, after all would this not be a pay day for me? When the property was listed with me it was in the area of $199,000, well over the sold comparables, but that is what she wanted to list it for. The listing was then taken to another agency and listed for $155,000, to this day and to my knowledge it never has sold.
