Not sure just where this seller is getting her information about the paved roads. I have over 100 land listings and have to go on dirt roads all the time. I don't know why sellers think we don't want to sell their property, after all would this not be a pay day for me? When the property was listed with me it was in the area of $199,000, well over the sold comparables, but that is what she wanted to list it for. The listing was then taken to another agency and listed for $155,000, to this day and to my knowledge it never has sold.
