To clarify, we met for the first time that morning after you called, and I was able to arrange a showing for you within just a couple of hours. Because of the short notice, some details—such as the seller’s personal reasons for moving or HOA specifics—were not available at the time of the showing. Out of respect for client privacy, sellers are not always required to share why they are moving, and information on special assessments often comes directly from the association. I let you know I would follow up with the listing agent and association to confirm those details so you could have the most accurate answers.
