I am very sorry that you feel this way. I was very excited and motivated to sell your home, my assistant and I worked very hard each day that you would call and request additional photo changes along with price changes, incentives, placements of additional signage along the subdivision/entrances and roadways. Each day you had a request for us to do something different and we made changes everyday for you to reflect what your request were. The open house we did went over great along with all the local advertising we also did. The pictures were updated daily per your request on all the websites that we linked to. We individually went in and posted new photos daily to over 20 sites. I am sorry that the house did not sell and I am glad you were able to put a renter in place until the market either changes for the size and price home you have or until your job brings you back here. I do wish you the best.
