I always aim to provide a positive experience for everyone I work with. To clarify the situation, we had two scheduled showings, and unfortunately, both times there were delays on your end. Despite a packed schedule, I made every effort to accommodate you — waiting over 20 minutes on both occasions and then providing a detailed written overview of the apartment, along with a full video walkthrough to ensure you had everything you needed to make an informed decision remotely. I understand how frustrating the rental process can be, especially in a fast-moving market, and I always try my best to help — even when in-person showings become logistically difficult.
