    Lisa, I'm sorry to hear about your concerns. We've gone to great lengths to assist you professionally, such as holding the property for over two weeks without any payment, coordinating utilities in the landlord's name for your move-in, and staying in touch with your Title Company during their communication challenges. However, our landlord's policy mandates payment before key release. As previously discussed, you're an unrepresented tenant, and I serve as the landlord's representative. My role is to facilitate lease signings and protect the landlord's interests. Unfortunately, I lack the authority to issue refunds or control financial matters. Decisions regarding lease extensions, refunds, or special accommodations are at the landlord's discretion. Sincerely, Montana
