Wilton, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I love open and honest feedback and I apologize if you feel I did not live up to your expectations. If you would have brought anything to my attention sooner I would have handled it appropriately. I hate to hear you felt otherwise in your experience. At the time you may recall in 2020 the market was going through a lot of changes - we actually were able to negotiate closings costs to be covered for you as just one example of one point of negotiation during a difficult time. We also were dealing with many things during your process that if something wouldn’t get handled properly on the sellers end that you wanted, then I would ensure it would be done and see it through on my end. I genuinely believe I went above and beyond - having my boyfriend and myself physically move said picnic table for you since the seller would not move it shows that. If you had any issues during our time working together the only way I would be able to handle them would be through communication. When we first met we spoke about how communication and sometimes having hard conversations are important, along with setting expectations of what the market is doing and what the process looks like. Again, I’m sorry if you feel I failed you. I do wish you and your family the best of luck in your future endeavors. If there is something I can do to make it right so you feel seen and heard I am open to hearing suggestions. Thank you again for taking your time out of your day. -Jackie
