    Dear Abdelsalam Abdelhalim, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time and the opportunity to clarify your experienced and for any lack of transparency regarding the extra charge for removing the sign. ( this is to clarify no such charges were made to you or any one else) During the listing period, our signs were stolen or vandalized several times. (Your property signs are custom made and cost us thousands of dollars) After these incidents, we provided you with the choice to either cover the cost of replacing the signs or to cancel the listing . However, we want to emphasize that we never charge any fees specifically for removing the sign. We understand how important clear communication and professionalism are, and we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. We are committed to improving our services and ensuring better transparency in the future. We would like to clarify a few points from our previous interactions. When we initially listed your property the very first time , we worked diligently to bring you a great offer, which you ultimately decided not to accept. We fully respect that the decision to accept or decline an offer is it entirely the seller's choice. Regardless, we appreciate the time and hope to bring a buyer when you give the opportunity to another agent. Again the appreciate the time you took to write this review.
