Collin Schultz . Charlene Rueff. I have communicated all your concerns to the builder. I was NOT your agent on this deal-your Emails Blasts to Lawyers, Builder, Agents have been Frantic and I appreciate your concerns…However, I cannot perform the repairs personally to your punchlist…Please direct your complaints to the builder over punch-list items ….Because I represented the seller , if I am not directed by the Seller (the only person I represented here) to communicate with the opposite agent’s clients, I cannot. Your frustration is understandable--but please know it should not be directed at me. I have forwarded ALL your communication to the builder regarding your punch-list. I responded to you on the first round of communication personally , I talked to you on the phone, texted.. after that, I was instructed by my client to forward all coms to him and not be involved. The fact that I did not continually respond to you past then is because it’s my fiduciary duty. Your good people and you got a great unit at a low price I wish you success.
