She did not call to let me know she was going to be late. Really acted like she had other places to be. She never made a followup call after the appointment....

Thank you for your feedback. However, the showings scheduled are confirmed 30 minutes prior to the meeting time. This particular showing does not sound familiar as we have not shown any homes in the specified area in recent months. It is my #1 goal to provide the best customer service possible with attentiveness and understanding of each customer's needs as they preview our homes to determine what is best fit for you.
