I feel anyone can show a house, write a contract, and collect a commission check.  What really separates me from many in this industry is that I do this because I truly love it.  Finding a property and making the dream of home ownership a reality is what keeps me working around the clock.  Although the experience can be rocky, the process can be enjoyable when you've got the right broker on your side!
