Azelin, thank you for the 5-star review you originally left me. Sorry that I am not able to pay for window you're having issues with. Home inspectors were hired and nothing about windows was noted in their reports. I would also like to mention that I emailed you once asking for an honest review. I have never & will never tell anyone what to write in their reviews.
