Making an above asking offer and/or being the first offer does not mean you are entitled to the home. I’m not sure what “Verbal offer” you think you got accepted but all bids were due that tuesday and yours was rejected. It is the seller's choice, on whose offer they take, not mine. You have your own agent. Do know that I represent the seller only, who advised me to proceed with the highest offer, with a high down payment and exceptional terms. After rejecting your bid you called me and started with “My agent told me not to do this” and then threatened to leave me with more negative reviews. I’m going to act in the best interest of MY client 100 out of 100 times.
