Hi Seth, I'm sorry you feel this way all of a sudden after 3 years. I know your review is titled "Will never recommend", but I'm confused by that seeing as though you reached out to me a month or so ago to start seeing houses again to purchase. Home ownership can be tough and I'm sorry that the renovation the seller did was not to par, however the inspector can only inspect what is available to them. As far as closing went, I communicated ahead of time to you that an agent from my office would be covering me at closing and that didn't seem to be an issue at all with you. Either way, that is why I personally came to your home the night of the closing to hand deliverd your closing gift and talked with you and your family.
