I was transparent with Ms. Howard from our first interaction. We connected on social media where it is stated I am a new REA. We met in person with my appointed team mentor. Our first appt Ms. Howard was informed I received my license and I was apart of a team that has over 30+ years collective experience. I never made comments about trainings pertaining directly to obtaining my license. Ms. Howard was never ignored myself, my team mentor, nor the Coldwell Banker office manager spoke. I was advised by my Team Leader and team mentor not to respond to any of her emails, I no longer responded. I never misled Ms. Howard. I never presented myself as a team leader with my Team Mentor present or any other interaction with Ms. Howard. I never stated my team. Yes I did ask her if it was a problem regarding me getting just getting my license because from the first interaction I informed Ms. Howard of this. This review is an inaccurate account of interactions between myself and Ms. Howard.
