This review is based on a falsified opinion absolutely not facts , this client is not my client his wife was... until I unfortunately decided that it would be better to terminate his wife's exclusive contract w/ me , considering Sean her husband had decided it was ok to scream & use profanity's towards me which I overlooked a week before because his wife's particular mortgage did not apply to a home he wanted ,I took my time while writing up another offer to get on the phone and explain to him why this loan would not be eligible for this property ( considering the partially damaged roof and how an FHA renovation loan was the winning ticket to getting accepted as the owner was only accepting cash and reno -loans , I even went as far as to see if seller would fix the roof to accept a higher purchase price , bottom line was sellers did not have money to repair , so I relayed that message , I educated these clients to the entire process from offer to closing , I drove an hour and a half , picked up every phone call , answered every question , explained every scenario thoroughly, it is not fair to me to be defamed and slandered if Zillow does not remove , I am absolutely going to seek Legal Advice for defamation of Character & Slander !
