After conducting a thorough review of the situation, we found that while all agreed-upon terms were correct, the omission on your settlement statement could have and should have been prevented with better communication among the lender, attorney's office, and our firm. We recognize that timely and detailed communication is crucial in avoiding such oversights. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience to you and your family in what should have been a very exciting and joyous time in your lives. To address this, we are making adjustments to our policies and procedures to enhance communication and prevent similar issues in the future.
