Good afternoon Daniel, I would like to address somethings in your review. I looked back at my emails & I got back to you in a timely manner on any questions that you asked. If you called me about a bug issue, I do not know if I got a message but I know that management took care of it asap. For the bank check, you stated in your email to me 3 days prior to move in that you had the check and asked where to pick up the keys. I responded to you the same day and told you how to obtain the keys. You should have left the check while you were picking up the keys as you knew it was due. For the reason that you had to move out early had nothing to do with the incompetence of the management company or the disregard for tenants as all of your maintenance request were handled in a timely manner. It was the decisions that you made that caused the issues & from speaking with the management team during that time frame they did everything they could to help you. I hope you are enjoying your new home!
