Meaghan, I'm sorry that agents do not make rental calls 24 hours a day. I know in this day and age of cellphones, everyone expects an immediate call back even on odd days and times. No where in the ad does it say that calls will be returned 24 hours a day. Also, apartments are first come, first served. Someone came earlier in the day, applied, was approved, and offered the apartment. My alternative to calling you an hour before your appointment was to let you show up and tell you after you made the trip. I'm sorry you felt the need to write such a personally offensive review instead of accepting that someone beat you out of the apartment. Best wishes.
