Paul has been active in the Knoxville real estate market since 2014 when he bought his first rental property in his 20's. At the age of 30 he owned and managed over 30 rental units while he was climbing the corporate ladder at AT&T. In his eight years at AT&T he went from selling cell phones in the store to managing $9M in revenue for select corporate clients which included Knoxville Airport, Radio Systems, and Blackberry Farms.
