I’m normally known for my exceptional customer service, & I regret that I missed the mark. I’ve been around for 7 years, assisted & served over six hundred sellers & buyers. I’ve won local, state, & national awards & I always strive to provide the best possible real estate experience for my clients. Clearly, I have failed you along the way. I communicated weekly with the sellers agent, & sellers preferred title company. The sellers estate attorney had multiple issues with ownership & clearing the ownership on the land. With the seller trying to secure signatures on needed estate documents that required numerous signatures from 4 different estates, the sellers attorney requested multiple extensions for a year in order to be able to provide a clear title on the land.
