While I was briefly out of town for one week, I remained available whenever you reached out, and Juliana toured properties for you promptly—within 24–48 hours of your requests. She also revisited several homes at different times of day to provide you with as much insight as possible. Throughout the process, we worked hard to provide thorough market insights and addressed all of your questions. Some requests—such as personal details about the seller—fall outside of what is appropriate or permissible to share, but we were always happy to provide everything relevant and helpful to your decision-making. Regarding the buyer’s agreement, these contracts are standard in real estate to ensure clarity and protection for both clients and agents. I always aim to explain the terms fully and encourage open discussion before any agreement is signed. My business is built almost entirely on referrals, repeat clients, and long-term relationships. Over 95% of our business comes from people we've worked with before, many of whom have become lasting friendships.
