    Kenneth Blake McMillan, I am sorry that you felt the need to leave this review. But let's clarify some things. I asked you multiple times who would be occupying the rental unit as it is imperative to submit files with complete transparency. Each time, you assured you would be the sole Tenant/Occupant. During the application process, you elected to add in your boyfriend as an additional Tenant/Occupant. At that point, the Landlord of the property wanted the additional individual to also complete the application to ensure they verified credentials-something that I have absolutely no control over-and something that Landlords have every right to do in order to properly vet each and every adult occupant. This is why as an Agent, I make sure to vet any potential Tenants and ask the same questions multiple times before beginning the application process-to both protect you and to steer you onto the right path. You failed to be transparent-this is not a failure on my part, but instead-a failure on yours. This was all explained multiple times. Even with the unfortunate lack of transparency, I attempted multiple times to call, text, and email you in an attempt to find a pathway forward. You elected to ignore me and avoid me despite my many attempts to help you despite your lack of transparency. After approximately a week of trying to work towards a solution that could work for you and only being met with silence, you finally responded informing me you had found another unit. While I wish you would have communicated-I was still elated that you found a new place to call home-something that I communicated to you. Why you would wait a few weeks after all of this to leave me a negative review due to your lack of honesty and transparency and subsequent "ghosting" is beyond me. If you're going to communicate a "negative" experience, at least be honest about the entire experience. I was nothing but welcoming, genuine, honest, and forthcoming-something all of my reviews will also communicate. This occurrence is not a reflection of myself-nor the service I strive so hard to provide to all clients, but instead a reflection of your lack of character. I would heavily implore you to be better moving forward and learn to be honest and transparent-and if you choose not to be so, then own up to your wrong doings and hold yourself accountable as opposed to trying to negatively affect others with lies. As communicated prior, I wish you nothing but the best. Good luck and Blessings.
