Property Management of Chester County (PMCC) is a Veteran and family-owned business focusing on single family and townhomes in Downingtown, Exton, West Chester, and Chester Springs.  

It was established in 2005 when selling a property wasn't an option and good local property management support wasn't available for an absent landlord.  Managing tenants, property maintenance, and understanding the real estate market at the time were all unknowns.
