Rachel was born in Sidney and grew up south of town where her Dad Bryan Hecker still lives. She graduated from Sidney High School in 2003 and married Jarvis in February 2013 they have three boys.

When not working she is either camping with her family or running her boys to hockey or wrestling games across the region.
