Pre qualifying a client is normal procedure in our line of work. In order to better assist the client, a realtor will ask a few questions before he/she starts the process of buying a home. So recommending to the client that a credit check is needed before we proceed is normal. A realtor needs to know where their client stands so that he/she can better serve the client according to his or her needs. Based on my past history with clients and numerous customer satisfaction awards, I am the last person to be hostile with anyone of my clients. I never worked with this person nor did I show this person any homes.
