I understand how disappointing it can be not to get the house. In this case I was working as the Sellers' agent. Since we had several competitive offers, all Buyers' agents were asked to submit their clients' best and final offer. All offers were presented to the Sellers, and the Sellers chose the offer they found to be most favorable based on terms and conditions. It is the Sellers' right to choose, not mine. You can be sure I always work fairly and honestly with everyone, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all my transactions.
