Thank you for the review, Mary! It was certainly a journey from when we first met on our initial listing appointment, right up until closing day. I think I used just about all of my skills to help sell your amazing home. In the beginning starting with coordinating the painting of the deck and carpet install, then the full home staging, and finally the coordination of repairs that were requested by the buyer. We certainly encountered challenges throughout the process but I think Jim, yourself, and I really rose to meet them. Most importantly, I really enjoyed all of our discussions... whether it was about selling the home, or just personal matters. I wish all of you the best! I'm glad you pretty much went with all of my suggestions because we really did get top dollar. To make $100k over what another agent said your mom's home was worth was certainly not unexpected for me though. Your trust in my experience was key. If only we could do one of these again!!!
