Thank you Cindy for the great review!!! From start to finish I truly enjoyed helping you. From the very beginning back in February of this year when we first met, I remember us charting your path. Maybe the most important decision we were able to come to was the fact that buying a condo first and then selling your beautiful home in this crazy seller's market was critical in facilitating a smooth transition. We really didn't know it would take until summer for the right condominium to enter the market though! Thankfully it did and we jumped on it. I really appreciate the full trust you had in my experience and willingness to take my advice... even while it may have stretched your comfort zone by owning two properties at once. It was the right move for the existing market conditions though. I think it reduced the overall stress during the entire process. I had such a great time working with you - I wasn't kidding when I told you that I wish I had a hundred more clients just like you! You are the best! Thank you for the review, Mary! It was certainly a journey from when we first met on our initial listing appointment, right up until closing day. I think I used just about all of my skills to help sell your amazing home. In the beginning starting with coordinating the painting of the deck and carpet install, then the full home staging, and finally the coordination of repairs that were requested by the buyer. We certainly encountered challenges throughout the process but I think Jim, yourself, and I really rose to meet them. Most importantly, I really enjoyed all of our discussions... whether it was about selling the home, or just personal matters. I wish all of you the best!
