I’m sorry you were disappointed with my request. My office policy requires me to only show homes to pre qualified buyers. The type of mortgage you obtain will directly effect the type of home you’re able to purchase. We do this so we do not disturb sellers with unqualified buyers or waste the time of potential buyers.
