Consulted me on buying or selling a home in MO 63369.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI am looking to sell, however packet I received from this realtor didn't even have the specs of my house correct. (Which is frequent from generic mailing). Ease don't send a packet with info unless someone has taken the time to ensure it's correct.

This person did not contact me about selling, nor did I contact her. I sent Zillow reports and a copy of tax records to all homes in the neighborhood that her home was in. I was not stating a market value but rather providing information open to the publics view.
