When a tenant causes damages that exceed the security deposit and normal wear and tear, they forfeit the refund of their security deposit, as per Lease, as per Wyoming law. The tenant in this property caused significant damage to brand new, never used flooring and ran their car into the fence, breaking off a section, in addition to other lesser damages upon leaving. The tenant made no attempt to report or repair any damages caused. We would likewise not rent to this tenant again. The above review does not reflect any facts in this transaction.
