Harnoor, I'm disappointed to hear your feedback. I know this is only your 2nd real estate transaction and it call all be very confusing! Please understand that you hired a buyer's agent to assist you with your purchase. Because of this, I was only able to communicate through your agent - which was impossible at times. I had a fiduciary responsibility to my client, the Seller. Your buyer agent had a fiduciary responsibility to you. If new paint was important to you, she should have negotiated for that as part of the sale. Did you let her know this was important to you? It was never submitted to me as term of the contract. I left all keys including the mail key on the counter the day the property closed escrow. Your agent accessed the property and left me a scathing voicemail that she couldn't find them - she seemed more stressed than usual that day. I tried to return her call, but she never obliged. Good luck in your new condo at En Hance. I've been chatting with a lot of homeowners of recent and we are ready to take our community back! We will start holding residents accountable and will start enforcing the rules that are not being followed. Specifically, the pet dropping and trash rules that are not being adhered to causing our community to look really poor and negatively affecting value. Hope to see you at the next community meeting!
