Well this is very unfortunate you feel this way. First off I haven't worked with an "Alex Smith" nor have I received any referrals from this person. I pride myself in customer service and I work by referral only so this really catches me off guard. My clientele and colleagues know my work ethic, competence and communication skills. I wouldn't be an industry leader if I lacked in these areas. I hope this person who feels the need to slander my name would re-direct their negativity. Hiding behind a bogus post is easy to do, contacting a person direct if there was in fact wrong doing takes maturity. Wishing all the best to everyone and their families in these uncertain times.
