Dear Nikki, I appreciate your feedback. However, it is important to clarify that you were not my client in this transaction. My client was the Buyer, and I work diligently to provide the highest level of service. Here are a few points I would like to address: 1. Professionalism and Commitment: I answered over 50 phone calls, attended 23 showings, sent over 700 text messages, and drafted 3 different contracts over a span of 9 months. I was with the Buyer every step of the way, explaining options and market conditions. 2. Care for Clients: I reduced my commission for this transaction and covered one of the Buyer’s transaction fees. 3. Condition of the Home: I do not represent the sellers. The house was in the same condition at closing as it was during the initial tour. 4. Repairs: The required repairs were completed and confirmed by the appraiser. 5. Closing: My absence at closing was due to obtaining proof of completed repairs, which the Buyer had already seen during the walkthrough. 6. Legal Concerns: I informed the Buyer of the contract terms and the sellers’ rights, not as a threat, but as a necessary explanation. 7. Smoking Disclosure: I verified with the listing agent that the sellers were non-smokers and reviewed the sellers’ disclosure, which the Buyer signed. 8. Recommendation: I understand not everyone will be fully satisfied. However, I did not receive any complaints from the Buyer regarding my professionalism, knowledge, or communication during our 9 months of working together. Any concerns would have been promptly addressed had they been brought to my attention or my broker’s. Thank you for your feedback.
