Working with both buyers and sellers gives me a unique perspective that allows me intimate Knowledge of both the Buying and Selling sides of the transaction. I try and appreciate each side's needs and work fairly with  everybody, that being said advocating for my clients is never hard and I enjoy the the satisfaction of a closed transaction.
