I am sorry you were not satisfied w/your results. My team did market your home to all the major real estate websites along w/your home having its own personal website & a YouTube video. We also provided you w/detailed color inside brochures & exterior flyers. We had a lot of agents show the home w/them leaving detailed feedback from their buyers. We also showed the home a bunch of times including 1 of the buyers making you an offer on your home. Our company also offered you a professional stager. We sent weekly updates on your internet hits along w/emails updating you on the market. My team did respond to you in a timely manner at all times. We did have trouble getting 1 buyer to give us an update which is the 1 email we could not answer for you. An agent did lose the screen door key which we did immediately contact the agents who showed your home to resolve the issue but we did not have access to the agent showings from your rental company. We do wish you the best.
