I want to clarify that I represented the sellers in this transaction, not you as the buyers, and my fiduciary duty was to my clients. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I understand that delays can be frustrating, and I’m sorry this was your experience. I encourage you to communicate any concerns directly with your agent so they can be properly addressed. My role was to communicate with my clients and the buyers’ agent, which I did consistently and in a timely manner throughout the escrow process.
