Thank you for taking the time to write your review. It's unfortunate that you feel that way. I landed a superb deal for you which returned a great deal of profit. It's unfortunate that repairs were unable to meet buyers standards, and there was no compromising from either party (as it did pass FHA standards). I work for myself, I am not available 24/7 and updates were always given as we received them during global pandemic. We went above and beyond our role of responsibility to satisfy your needs. I provided you the service I said I would, I can not force you to do repairs. Contractors was all your negotiation, I had nothing do with the repairs that were completed. You canceled the deal therefor there was no need for anymore communication. Thank you for your time.
