I'm so sorry you feel this way. I wish you had communicated your feelings with me directly instead of posting this very meanspirited review. You are entitled to your feelings and opinions but not to facts. I sold your home for over asking price, ALL CASH and with no home inspections. Your home didn't sell itself. I worked with the buyers agent to make sure this went through all behind the scenes, because I was well aware if this didn't work, it would be impossible to recreate. I was involved in helping you years in advance by putting you in touch with a respected lender to prepare you for your new purchase. I worked with you to prep your home for sale, I patiently sat with you while signing the listing agreement and went over all the documents in person. I hired a fantastic photographer to make your house shine on the web and came early to tweak your home before he arrived. I have all my documentation of our transaction. Emails, texts etc. You asked a question, and many times within minutes I responded. I repeated myself because it was clear you weren't familiar with the process and you kept asking the same questions over and over. I don't expect much when I finish a transaction, however, I was shocked by your review. Anyone that knows me or has worked with me, knows this isn't who I am. You are an outlier amongst the rest of the reviews. This is more about you and not me. That is clear! Good luck in your new home.
