I combed through hundreds of listings to find rare options that matched your criteria—whether that meant central air, in-unit laundry, pet-friendly policies, or ideal locations within budget. When a listing didn’t check every single box, even when it offered great value, it was dismissed. The apartment rental process requires coordination between several parties—the renter, the agent, the landlord’s representative, and often current tenants. When tours were canceled, it was because it became clear you were not working in good faith. Touring apartments while simultaneously applying elsewhere, without transparency, puts everyone’s time at risk—not just mine, but also that of other agents, landlords, and tenants. That lack of honesty and consideration is ultimately what led me to cancel the final showing. Your accusation that I fabricated multiple applications to raise a broker fee is not only false—it’s offensive. The summer of 2023 was one of the most competitive rental markets Boston has seen in recent years. Suggesting I would invent demand for an extra $20–$40 is both unfounded and a serious mischaracterization of my ethics.
