    It's alway sad to have to respond to a review like this - and as always there is more to the story which causes someone to want to leave a 1-star review. I was the Listing Agent on this property and did not represent this client. Comments about lack of responsiveness and delayed communication is highly inaccurate - though my communication is always to a Buyer's Agent not to a buyer directly - so how they could make any comment about my communication is impossible. All inspection related items were addressed and receipts provided. I think this Buyer may not have attended either the original showing or the final walk as their agent seemed to always be sending them photos or videos only. The comment about HOA needs clarity... The Title company always orders HOA info. With a cash deal and a quick close timelines are tight. Our Title company did an excellent job of having the HOA docs rushed - and these docs were delivered early. Where an issue arose was after the HOA docs were delivered, the title company found out that this subdivision had a 2nd master plan HOA for some reason - unknown to all of us, just basically a shell entity. The Title company had to rush to get the 2nd set of docs rushed and Title even ate the costs to do this. Documents were provided by closing. The story behind the story is always the juicier facts... For some reason, this buyer actually tried to back out of the contract within 24 hours of closing on the property... Naturally this was not a good situation and both Agents had to work long hours to keep the deal intact and to avoid legal issues. Finally an agreement was made and the deal closed - after some personal concessions I might add - to keep the deal from defaulting and going into lawsuit. The Buyer then immediately listed the property for Lease and stole my photos online for their own personal listing... can't make this up... I had to instruct them and their agent to remove the proprietary photos from their listing. Not surprisingly, this 1-star reviewed showed up shortly thereafter. This was one of the more challenging transactions I have ever had especially at the last 24-48 hours. It was apparent even from my interactions with this Buyer's Agent that the Buyer was a challenging client to work with who demanded much but did not have experience nor respect the contract and the legal terms within. I hope any who read this understand that this was not my client, nor anyone I interacted with first hand - but rather an apparently disgruntled Buyer who seems to have had issues with their own agent and an axe to grind...
