    Just a reminder and to clarify, I did not represent you in this transaction and even after all of your temper tantrums during the process Alex Barrego, I still love you. You did have your own Realtor (Andy Peterson) representing you and your best interests during the process and helping you thru your experience, so I'm not sure why you keep trying to contact me as my contract obligations were to the seller. 40 Moose brook lane Hancock NH is a beautiful home and you have a signed home warranty as part of the contract and any warranty concerns you have can be addressed thru the sellers warranty process as you agreed to with the advice of your Realtor (Andy Peterson).     The irony of Andrew Sellers is above and beyond, Lol.. I've been building quality homes for 19 years and can honestly say I haven't met anyone quite like Andrew, the most difficult fellow I've ever worked with, but I can honestly say I did enjoy the challenge and his wife was nice to work with. I now know for sure there are some folks are absolutely impossible to be made happy. Contract, budget and expectations are key parts to understand of any successful and harmonious home build and unfortunately there is clear misunderstanding with Andrew. I have been building quality homes for over 19 years, but I'm not a magician, I can't take Andrew Sellers "happy meal" home budget and give him a 5 course steak dinner product. If his friends, or as he said, his "worst enemies" are like him, I would appreciate the non-recommendation. Although he is impossible to please I did enjoy the challenge of working with him and his wife Rebecca and I wish them all the best in the future!
