They decided to move to Georgetown after he researched his family history and found that George Glasscock, founder of the City of Georgetown, is one of his ancestors. George Glasscock donated 173 acres in 1866 to establish the city of Georgetown and therefore named after him. Shawn feels a strong tie to Georgetown.
