Thanks so much, Sandy! I loved working with you and Bob!!! In this particular transaction, the buyers did not have a real estate agent, so the buyers and sellers granted permission for me to act as a dual agent on this transaction. As a dual agent, representing BOTH the buyers AND sellers, throughout the transaction my ability to negotiate was very limited due to real estate laws and regulations. I could not truly negotiate as I would when representing a single side of the transaction but was rather acting as more of a liason between the two parties. Thanks again for taking the time to review my services :)!
