She lacked any knowledge of Holly Lake Ranch and either didn't or was slow to respond to my emails. Clyde sorry your experience is different than the FACTS! In fact, you are the one that did NOT respond to terminate during option. Once again, an email is not a legal document. 1st you can not write a bogus check for option, 2nd you HAVE to pay the inspector and 3rd terminate in a timely manner and you will NOT lose your money. MOST IMPORTANT I DO NOT communicate home buying laws! I am a Realtor NOT an ATTORNEY. Good luck and thanks for all of the false reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
