Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. My goal is always to serve my clients with dedication, transparency, and a deep understanding of the market. At the time your home was listed, the average days on market in the area was around 180 days. Despite being given only 60 days before you requested to cancel, I invested heavily in marketing your property—including professional photos, videos, virtual staging (a $500 value), and $400 in boosted ads and social media promotion. I also hosted both a public open house and a broker’s open, followed up on every showing, and even sought rental interest to help offset your costs—asking only for reimbursement of the photography expenses if it rented. I remained communicative and provided market updates throughout, including sharing insights about the seasonal slowdown and how the pre-election period was affecting buyer activity. I advised that we relist in January when conditions were expected to improve—and they ultimately did. The six-month agreement was discussed upfront, and I entered into it in good faith with the intention of seeing the marketing plan through. At no point during the listing period was I told that we weren’t a fit. In fact, I was told the opposite—that I was the right agent to get it sold. I understand and respect that every client’s expectations and experiences are unique, and I truly wish the outcome had been more aligned with your initial goals.
