It was a difficult foreclosure sale that I helped my clients, your parents, with and I'm sorry that I didn't live up to your expectations. It just wasn't an option at the closing to meet your last demand to donate all of my commission for 4 months of work so that your parents could take home my paycheck. We had already donated $2500 so that they could get out of the foreclosure and take home $500. Unfortunately, we can't satisfy everyone 100% of the time but we did our best for our clients. As their daughter I understand you'd have liked to see them with a better outcome but there just was no equity in the home. My wife worked with your parents and enjoyed almost daily conversations with your mother and we truly tried to help them. It's disappointing to us that our efforts didn't result in a better and more positive outcome.
