This review is inaccurate and completely misrepresents the facts. The delays were caused entirely by the seller’s failure to disclose critical financial information. The home was marketed with a “new roof” and “solar panels,” but during escrow it was revealed that the roof had been bundled into a 25-year Solar PPA financing plan with interest—a fact that was never disclosed upfront. The seller had signed this contract a year earlier, never activated it, never made a payment, and provided outdated statements while failing to disclose the actual contract that showed much higher costs. As a result, the buyers were forced to pay for the roof twice: once in the purchase price and again through the solar contract, which carried missed payments and an extended term they were required to assume. The seller’s misrepresentation caused financial harm and turned what should have been a joyful milestone into a stressful and unfair experience for my first-time buyers. With over 25 years of experience, I stand by my representation and remain committed to honesty, transparency, and professionalism in every transaction. I leave the public to draw their own conclusions from the facts.
