I was the Buyers Agents in this transaction and the Seller and Listing Agent selected the title company. I worked with the Sellers Title agency to ensure your closing documents were correct. I also confirmed with the Listing Agent and Title Agency that we would not close until the errors were corrected. This was a Cash transaction and all parties discussed if it was possible to move up the closing date. It was a question up for discussion, since the Seller's requested to pre sign and live out of town. The closing did not happen as scheduled because the funds to purchase the property were on hold with US Bank. Typically, the Listing Agent will leave all keys with the title agency and the mailbox key was not included. Since closing, the mailbox key was mailed to your current address as requested. Thank you for your feedback and I will take all into consideration to make the necessary improvements going forward.
